Bahrain-Mubasher: Trafco Group said it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 29 March.
Shareholders will look into the board's recommendation on paying 15% cash dividend, or 15 fils per share, totaling BHD 1.172 million.
The company reported earnings of BHD 1.56 million ($4.1 million), compared with BHD 1.6 million ($4.24 million) a year earlier.
